Customer Reviews
Reliable for baby essentials
This was my third time buying from The Tot, and they're consistently good. I picked up a couple of Silicone Feeding Sets this time. The quality is just what I expect; durable and easy to clean. My previous orders, like the wooden toys, have held up really well. Shipping speed was pretty much the same as before, took around 5 days to get to me in Oregon. I appreciate knowing I'm getting non-toxic stuff without having to dig through a ton of product descriptions elsewhere. That's why I keep coming back.
Good quality, slower delivery
I ordered the Organic Cotton Swaddle 3-pack for my friend's baby shower. The fabric felt really soft and seemed well-made when it arrived. Packaging was nice too. It took about 6 business days to reach Dallas, which was a bit longer than I hoped, but it still made it in time. I liked that they clearly list the materials for everything, makes it easy to choose. Customer support was responsive when I asked about tracking, which was good.
Decent first purchase
I needed a new car seat and was looking for something safe but also a good deal. I got the sustainable car seat during their Labor Day sale, which knocked a good chunk off the price. It wasn't the cheapest car seat out there, but with the discount, it felt like good value for a non-toxic option. Shipping was free because it was over $75, which helped. It arrived in about a week. Overall, for a first-time buyer, it was a practical choice and I'm happy with the savings.

Anyone know how long shipping usually takes from The Tot? I'm in California and want to get some stuff before my sister's baby shower next month.
Is The Tot legit? I've seen some of their stuff on Instagram, looks really nice, but never ordered from them before. Wondering if it's a trustworthy site.
Hey, thinking of getting a stroller from The Tot, but some of them are kinda pricey. Do they ever do sales on the big gear items like strollers or car seats?
can you stack discount codes at The Tot? I have a 15% off first order and also saw a free shipping code floating around.
How do The Tot's baby clothes compare to Monica + Andy or Pottery Barn Kids? Looking for organic, good quality stuff that actually lasts.
